Practical Pistol Pit

The Club’s Practical Pistol Pit is the ‘Fun Range’ located east of the Indoor Range, across the creek bed in the middle of the Club property and just west of the Benchrest Range.  The Pit is used for registered and scheduled competitions, including the monthly IDPA and IPSC matches.  Casual, unsupervised shooting is allowed on this range, and this is the only range on the Club property where pistol shooting at targets closer than 25 yards is allowed.  No plinking at cans or any other objects that could provide a ricochet is allowed.

All Club and Range rules apply.  Target frames are left available in the Pit, and only handguns firing standard pistol and revolver ammunition are allowed.
